I specialise in neuro-inclusive branding, content strategy and visual identity design - built for small teams, busy founders and values-led creatives across interiors, wellbeing and beyond.

My Story.

Hi, I’m Lily – founder of Seen.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in marketing, communications and branding - gaining both agency and in-house experience supporting clients across tech, education and interiors, spanning both B2B and B2C sectors.

Most recently, I spent six years leading marketing and branding for a small London-based interior design studio - starting from scratch and growing it into a recognised brand. From launching sub-brands and evolving strategy, to growing loyal audiences and securing industry awards, I helped the business stand out with clarity, consistency and care.

But my turning point came when life shifted at home. I experienced first-hand how even the most flexible roles can fall short when you're navigating the juggle of family life, the SEN system and more!

That experience - combined with everything I’d learned professionally - led to Seen.

  • And for creative work to feel sustainable, honest and human - whatever your capacity

Now I work with interiors, wellbeing and purpose-led businesses to shape brand clarity, content strategy and neuro-inclusive design - supporting you to show up in ways that feel good, and resonate with the people who need you most.

​I’m a brand strategist, creative writer, marketer, parent-carer – and mum to three wonderful children.

 

I’m also proudly late-discovered AuDHD (autistic + ADHD). Like many purpose-led creatives, my path here hasn’t been linear - but it’s been shaped by real life, deep care, and a drive to do meaningful work that fits the way we actually live.

My Values

At the heart of Seen. are three things I return to again and again:

  • People first. We are humans before we are brands, buyers or businesses.

  • Presence over pressure. Marketing and creativity should support wellbeing, not sabotage it. It has to feel good to be sustainable.

  • Purpose without perfection. You don’t need to have it all figured out to show up – just a truth to tell and a willingness to begin.
